RENTAL RULES OF QUALITY VOYAGE

1.     Quality Voyage conveys holiday homes at Mae Phim Thailand.

2.     Deposit of 25% of the total rental price is payable on booking. The remaining 75% is to be paid at least 30 days before the start of rental period. Already paid rents are non-refundable to tenants. Payment can done by :

1)     Bank transfer to Quality Voyage account. The tenant is responsible for all bank charges (transmission) that may occur in the tenant’s home country and also Thailand.

2)     Paypal from www.qualityvoyage.com

3.     There is a separate deposit of 5,000 THB. It is not included in the booking price. It must be paid in cash when tenant arrives or at the same with the last remaining payment. It will be paid back to tenant when checked out. If tenant has broke anything Quality Voyage will use the deposit to cover it.

4.     Houses are privately owned and rent out fully furnished with beds and seats for the number of stated tenants. The houses are also equipped with glass, crockery, cut-tery, kitchen utensils, quilts and cushions. Linen (sheets and towels) is in the dwel-ling and is included in the rent.

5.     The rental price include electricity, water. (Condition of each unit is not same, please look more details on the description)

6.     The holiday home during the letting period is only available for the tenant’s use, with the exception of gardeners, pool keepers etc. and the letting company’s area representative, who have the right to inspect your holiday home during the rental period.

7.     Tenant needs to give house in check out same condition than it was in check in.

8.     Tenant needs to follow general rules of residential area.

9.      It is not allowed to have any pets at the property.

10.   It is not allow to smoke in side of the property.
